Reporting a bug

To help us fix a problem quickly, please tell us:

• what device you were using (for example "iPhone 13" or "Windows laptop")
• which browser (Safari, Chrome, Firefox, Edge…)
• what happened, and what you expected to happen

A screenshot is always helpful if you can take one.

Privacy requests

For questions about your data or to make a privacy request, email the same address with "Privacy" in the subject line. Our privacy policy explains what information is used and why.

Real potholes

We can't fix real roads, sadly. To report a pothole near you, use the GOV.UK report a pothole service.
